Our Teamspeak 2 Server address is:

• We use TS2 (not 3) - download it below
• There is no Server username or password
• There is a Channel password which changes frequently
  • Once you are on Teamspeak, log in to Planetside and send a /tell to an officer to be moved to the Azure Twilight Channel
• Use the same name in-game on Teamspeak

Teamspeak Rules

• You do not need to have a microphone. "Listen only" is just fine.
• We maintain a TACTICAL TS environment. Teamspeak is not to be abused. Keep the chatter down. Keep it to necessary ops communications.
• Only provide pertinent information and keep coms clear for the Officers who are trying to discuss targets on channel commander.
• If we ask for a certain cert, don’t tell us what you don’t have! When in doubt, keep it to yourself!
  • Use typed outfit chat (/o) for general chatting, banter, questions and making fun of n00bs. Stupid questions are allowed here.
  • We have absolutely no patience for inane chatter on TS.
• People who abuse Teamspeak will be kicked off immediately. Repeated offense will result in being kicked from AT.
• Azure Officers, Officers-in-Training and the Ops Leader are the only people who should be on the Teamspeak command channel.
• Do not stay in the main Azure Twilight channel when you log off PS. Either log off TS or go in the AFK channel.

Download and Installation Instructions

Download the latest version of the Teamspeak2 Windows Client.

Installation Instructions

1. Download and Install the program. Run it.
2. Click on Connection/Connect.
3. Click the Local Addressbook tab
4. Right click underneath Servers
5. Choose Add Server
   > Enter the following information:
   
6. Label Azure Twilight
7. Server Address: teamspeak.commandrank5.com
8. Nickname: Use your EXACT Azure Twilight in-game name
9. Do not check allow server to assign password
10. Check Anonymous
11. Leave Password blank
12. Check Auto-Reconnect
13. Enter Default Channel: Azure Twilight Planetside
14. After you have been told the password in game, go back and enter it into the Channel Password.
    • Note that we will be changing the password frequently and you'll have to ask for it ingame periodically update your addressbook.
15. Click Connect to start Teamspeak and connect to Azure Twilight.

Problems and Tips

Cool Tip #1
If you get a USB Headset, such as this Logitech headset. you can set it up to map all Teamspeak sounds to your headset while still using your surround sound computer speakers for Planetside. Just plug the headset in, let Windows recognize it, then go to Audio Properties and set your PC audio back to your primary sound card. Then, in Teamspeak, select your USB headset as the sound device for both play and record.
